What a glorious time I had DJing in the foyer of the Sloane Square Hotel for a few days during Chelsea in Bloom! The fabulous Miami inspired floral display out the front brought visitors flocking to take photos and my music and records brought them inside to enjoy the vibe and sit down for a cocktail or stay up for a dance! The hotel won Bronze for their display which was very deserved!

I had the pleasure of spinning the best disco tracks for the Disco Head Dancers from Dc² Entertainment & Dance Co who were dancing outside the front of the Hotel, which inspired the whole team to delight the crowd with the YMCA dance and what a giggle it was! Watch whole video below…

I have to boast about the team at Sloane Square Hotel and The Knox, the bar downstairs where I DJ regularly. They are such a great bunch of people and a lot of fun, as you can see from the entertaining YMCA video, and I love working with them. Here’s a few of them, from Heather the MD of Sloane Square Hotel and Fab, Manager of The Knox, to Stuart and his lovely Front of House Staff who literally can’t do enough for everyone. Here they are loving their jobs….

And here’s a few more pics of the guests and visitors who popped in, and joined in, with Select & Spin, choosing a great soundtrack for the event. If this doesn’t make you want to come to London for the Flower Show and Chelsea in Bloom, then I don’t know what will! Hope to see you there next year and consider booking a room at Sloane Square Hotel! Check out these happy people…

I had a great time DJing for my client Helen at her absolutely fabulous 50th Birthday Party! The venue was the rather lovely Badgemore Park Private Golf Club near Henley, on a glorious early April evening. I have to say, Helen’s friends were lovely and a lot of fun. They had a great time selecting records from my Select & Spin boxes and chose the best soundtrack for the night! But then, 50th Birthday Parties are always good fun, these people know how to party!

“Jen thank you for last night! Everyone loved it, especially me!” ~ Helen, the Birthday Girl

Post set up sound check!
